WHAT WE DO

• Host 2 unique fundraisers each year to raise supplemental funds for the Theatre Department

• Provide support and supplies as needed for annual ThesFest Theater Festival

• Host an end of year banquet and awards ceremony for students and teachers

• Provide meals, snacks, and water for the students during performances and tech rehearsals

• Execute all front of house operations for each musical and show

• Manage all publicity and promotions for each show

• Sell concessions and merchandise at shows

• Meet monthly to discuss upcoming events Theater Needs

• Organize volunteer opportunities

• Anything that needs to be done to support EV Character Company
